Hyvolution, the leading trade fair in the hydrogen sector, plays a role as an accelerator, networker and creator of opportunities for new partnerships around the 3 destination markets: mobility, energy and industry.
The next edition will take place on February 1 and 2 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
The development of decarbonized hydrogen responds to environmental, technological and economic challenges. It is time to accelerate the ecological transition, to depend less on hydrocarbon imports and to promote its technological assets.
Key players
For 2 days, companies of all sizes, public or private, will meet to exchange and consider innovative products and solutions around hydrogen. The opportunity for visitors to find answers and partners for the deployment of your projects with decisive players: manufacturers, SMEs, start-ups or other emerging structures, major French and international decision-makers.
Business
Hyvolution 2023 will offer a unique program with many new features: 3 forums, a political congress
Hyvolution Summit, a job training campus and also confirms its ambitions beyond European borders. The show covers many sectors of activity around mobility, energy and industry. Many communities and institutions will also present, in the form of feedback and testimonials, their policies and actions in favor of the development of hydrogen within their territories.
Hyvolution combines business and high-level information on the future challenges of the hydrogen sector, with a strong international reach: already 20% of international exhibitors in 2022, country pavilions and visitor delegations. Business opportunities are multiplied thanks to Hyvolution Connect, the digital platform of the hydrogen community. The last edition in May 2022 had kept all its promises by bringing together 301 exhibitors and brands. With an increase of 30%, both for visitors and exhibitors, Hyvolution therefore had to take a new turn and it has done so: more than 350 exhibitors and brands as well as more than 5,000 professionals are expected at this next edition.
Strategy
On the other hand, HyVolution Summit is a high-level international congress that gives voice to and mobilizes major French and international decision-makers in a context where Europe must face unprecedented energy challenges. With the aim of offering a meeting between peers and in order to benefit from exceptional networking with a community of 400 leaders, Hyvolution Summit will offer a high-level dialogue between political and economic leaders on Thursday, February 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Among the topics discussed: “National and international “hydrogen” strategies in the face of the urgency of the transition”, “Financing: the challenge of large-scale deployment”, “Industry, mobility: can the deployment of hydrogen accelerate decarbonization?” or even “Hydrogen Valleys”, ecosystems and hubs: the mobilization of resources by local communities”
“In addition to climate change and its increasingly violent and frequent consequences, there is now a major energy crisis accentuated by the return of a war on European soil. The imperative that is then imposed on everyone is to accelerate to break free from our dependence on fossil fuels. The development of renewable or low-carbon hydrogen is a vector for a deep decarbonization of many sectors of the economy – industry, heavy or intensive mobility, energy – as well as a reindustrialization of territories, on both the French and European scale. The scale of the challenge, and the speed at which it must be met, requires us to act collectively, to consider the different hydrogen strategies as complementary responses to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. I invite all French, European and international stakeholders to join us at Hyvolution to discuss the major issues of the hydrogen sector and initiate or strengthen collaborations to achieve this common objective.” says Philippe Boucly, President of France Hydrogène.
