The The event programme includes plenary sessions with political and industry leaders as well as roundtable discussions with representatives from leading companies and organisations. Due to the international importance of the topic of sustainable energy, hy-fcell also takes place in other industry-relevant locations in addition to Canada, including Germany and China. Partners Canada and Germany have recently come even closer together on the topic of sustainable energy: in August 2022, the Canada-Germany Hydrogen Alliance was adopted, while in November, the University of British Columbia and the University of Stuttgart signed a declaration of cooperation in which they wish to strengthen their cooperation in sustainable energy and hydrogen research.
