H‑NAT 2021 is a natural hydrogen event that will take place online on June 2 and 3. It is essential for all energy players who wish to discover or deepen their knowledge of this new source of renewable, carbon-free and non-intermittent energy, which will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the market. Natural hydrogen is an alternative to hydrocarbons and is a growing industry.

Today, hydrogen is presented as the best alternative to hydrocarbons in many uses, but it is mainly made from hydrocarbons and C02 emissions. Although it can still be made using electrolysis, this process is more expensive. Fortunately, there is another solution: natural hydrogen which is generated by geological processes. Hydrogen fumes have been observed in many places, and natural hydrogen is now considered an inexpensive, green source of hydrogen. The industry is starting to develop: small companies, start-ups, major players acquire exploration permits while the service industry offers tools to declutter the exploration phase which results in the drilling of first wells. While countries are organizing themselves to integrate this new resource and research is considered active, investors are betting big on the success of this new emerging industry.

    Natural ecosystem

H‑NAT will bring together the entire ecosystem around natural hydrogen, to explore new developments, network and partner with industry players. Natural hydrogen is a renewable, regular and carbon-free energy, and research on the subject has been abundant in recent years. H‑NAT is a unique opportunity to learn more about this topic from the world’s leading experts and understand the commercial and strategic importance of this new energy source that will impact the energy market. A whole part of the conference program will be devoted to understanding the challenges and opportunities surrounding the subject, and to an overall vision of the potential of this new market.

The virtual exhibition and networking will allow participants to interact with the teams and companies that have made the most important breakthroughs on natural hydrogen, and to access key information on the first projects around the world. The show will bring together key players in the natural hydrogen industry as well as 600 participants expected online. A high-level conference program with 60 speakers and more than 30 workshops will provide in-depth insight into the main issues on the subject. https://www.hnatsummit.com/
