The France Hydrogène association joins the national organization dedicated to the promotion of hydrogen as a key vector of the energy transition, by becoming a member of the Higher Energy Council (CSE).
The role of the CSE is to ensure regular dialogue and close involvement of the main stakeholders in the energy sector in the construction of the Government’s energy policy. The CSE brings together representatives of energy consumers, associations approved for the protection of the environment, companies from the various energy sectors (including the renewable energy sector), staff unions, local authorities and the State.
This new membership demonstrates the growing importance of hydrogen in the French energy landscape. The participation of the hydrogen sector in energy efficiency is useful and will be even more so by 2030, 2040 and 2050.
